I think I may be able to attend this meeting as well. It sounds like a wonderful idea, and there is much for the town to discuss. And how better to do it than near a roaring fire with good drink? I will do my best to attend and will be glad to help with goblin bill expenses as well, if necessary.

well Malchoir all adventurers are welcome and in fact encouraged to try and attend though just so you are aware the Goblin bill WILL be split evenly amongst all who attend.

Please except my apologies for answering this call so late. My long studies with the master smiths of the Digroot clan kept me longer at their forges than I had guessed.
I to, look forward to this meeting of those who are seeing to the future of Sanctuary. Though I am only newly arrived to these lands I wish to stay around and see them grow prosperous once again.
I will make it a priority to attend this meeting and though my coin pouch does not hang overly heavy, will gladly spare what Goblin coins are needed.
As just a thought, the lands near where I make my camp are free to sleep on though they are wild and nearly a swamp. They lie south west of Sanctuary (OOG: 6 miles south of Eaton Rapids, about a half hour from the Mason site) but may not be much closer for the travel of those who roam far. Fires of any size any drink of any strength are welcome there.

Though as I have previously stated Culloden and I will be willing to go with the final decision of others as to the location of this meeting, I would prefer that it be at the location that Sticks found that requires much less travel for us (not to mention less swampiness). I am very glad to see so many answering this call and I look forward to the discussion and breaking of bread with all.
Eileen.

I believe it is settled then. Many have suggested locations, but it appears the most central is ideal under the circumstances. We shall go with that. Sticks or I will take the lead by sending word to the innkeeper.
Although I anticipate that Sticks and I will be bringing some provisions to share (Sticks is very good at that, and I am his meager apprentice in this regard), it will make sense for others to bring what they can to pass so that we can indulge our appetites while pondering the future of these lands.
Also, once the heavy discussion has been completed, I will be open to discussion of trades with any and all takers. I do not have much in the way of coin at the moment, but I am always interested in discussing trading opportunities.
In the next three weeks, let us gather our thoughts, wits, maps, and tomes, so that we might have the most productive and incisive discussion we are capable on the 27th day. One that would make our ancestors proud.

I do have a modest lodging near Angwyn and would be happy to have the meeting at my "vacation" home. There is not much room in my humble abode but there would be places for tents and trails for nice walks in the woods. It is fairly close to civilization. And best, no cost except I do have 2 large dogs that have left some nice piles that I could prolly convince Kain to pick up.
Let me know what you think.
I am also good to join where ever the meeting may be held.

I can make this journey if my normal traveling companions do not make it all thou i will need a ride. Cask i can meet you at your place and then we can travel together from there if that is all right with you. But i believe this meeting should happen to talk about matters at hand with the lands we are trying to protect and reclaim.

Xavier, if it takes place at a location other than my camp, I am happy to make the journey together.

I understand stick, and a fire for what you are looking for would be a bit dangerous to my vaction home. I just wanted to offer my hospitality and willingness to help. I may be able to procur a small fire pit. If having this at a private location instead of a neutral location, I understand as I am new to Sanctuary. The offer still stands either way I will do my best to be at this meeting.

As for the comment about having this out of ear shot of others I believe Culloden and I can settle that easily. As our primary mode of transportation is a decently sized ship we would like to extend the invitation for this meeting to take place on The Silver Thorn. It is large enough to easily accommodate the amount of people that are certain to be attending and will still be roomy enough should we have more then the average size of a market fair. The boat is easily protected and has been fortified. So as to reduce not only being overheard but also attacked we can always leave dock if we had to. Once we are aware of all who wish to attend we will send out missives with the directions of how to get there. Sticks can provide some food from the kitchens if he wishes as he is used to using those facilities but as Cask has previously suggested bringing things to share would be a good idea. The trip is not overly long from the areas around sanctuary and therefore we felt it would be the perfect spot to host this meeting.

****OOG: This is not a suggestion of moving the out of game location anywhere not already in the running. This is simply an in game location for the meeting regardless of where we end up.*******

I agree with cask we need to come out with a agenda for our informal group because even thou Eileen, CUlloden, and ruby are not locals they have been to every marketfair. So i think we the local adventures need to come up with a plan on how to right this land. But we can talk about these things at the coming meeting.
