I'm good for anytime or anywhere in the scheme of things. But I would advise against the weekend of the 11th. Only because I know at least one possibly two Ohio chapters are having an event that weekend and I know we get some travelers from their way.

Bud,
I am seeing a one-day event for the OGRE chapter, but none scheduled for NCN, Cincinnati, WAR, or Northlands. The OGRE chapter is pretty small and we haven't drawn any of their players yet. Is there something you've seen that I am missing?

www.neronorthlands.com/Thisd post down they have an event on the 11th. Klem and the gypsies invited me down to Northlands and I was going to go if we were waiting until january. But don't let that sway you. Haha. I'll always attend my home chapter. As far as I know though, the only people we get from Northlands are Klem, Alec and Niko. But I'm unsure if there are others.

Oh yeah. I must have looked at the wrong list or something, because I didn't see that event when I checked.
I'll see what we can do on our end.

Yes. My home chapter event is November 11, 12 and 13th. We'd LOVE to have guests from NERO Detroit come visit!

Well, I know Matt and I will be playing NERO that week end no matter what! I am excited about the Barbarian Feast and also to try out another chapter. I will keep an eye out for postings to know if I will be in MI or OH. Ooooh I am excited about NERO again!!! MANY KUDO's to Bill, Jay and Jordan!

We will be there if it is that weekend in November, but we have no problem with it having to wait until January either. For our schedules and finances January is probably the preferred time for us. Late Fall this year is really really booked for us. Just keep us posted and I will try and get that time off work.

I really like the idea of holding the barbarian new year off until January and having any who can swarm on down to Northlands (something seems off about going down to the northlands. >.>) in full force to do some recruiting for the cause up here. Hahaha

Hahaha Believe me, it's confusing to people down here! I call your chapter IG and OOG the FAR North Chapter! ;D Thanks for recruiting up there! I've got my recruiting going on down here too. Plot won't know what to do with themselves!

After a lot of thought, we've decided not to try to squeeze the Barbarian New Year into November. It really doesn't give us the time to prepare it as we would like, and the camp site is less than ideal. We've rather push back to January at a better location. We'll keep you all posted on dates. That said, we definitely want to get some NERO on in November and Northlands sounds like the perfect place to do it. Jay and I (plus my son Derek) should be in for the trip down. I have absolutely no idea which of my characters I'm going to play now! I feel like a princess before the ball with too many dress options. Well, to be fair, Jay's the one with the dresses.

Although we will not be able to join you in Ohio for Nero that weekend I know that Dave and I are thankful to find out the Bar Bar feast has been pushed back till at least January. It will be much easier (and more enjoyable) for us to make it with the date being further away.
We hope that everyone who is going has an awesome time in Ohio.

So............................ Just wondering..................... um, is there any info on the next date for an event? Started planning vacations for this spring and need to know when to request off work for Nero and to hopefully be in town. No pressure, just hadn't seen an update in awhile and other people started asking us when the next event was going to be.
Thanks Jennele

Same here, I've got some people asking me about the next event. Plus with tax time coming I'll have money for costuming and all other sorts of fun stuff for the new season. Like, with half of the month off I'm assuming the Bar Bar New Year has been cancelled?
