The July event will run from July 22-24 at Camp Kiwanis in Mason, Michigan.
The event cost will be $30 per person or $25 per person if you bring a group of 4 or more.
Food will be available at the event for purchase, courtesy of Evan Robertson. The cost for food will be $10 per person for 3 meals on Saturday.
Please post here to let us know if you will be coming as either an NPC or a PC so that we can plan for the event.

Hey Bill and Jay hoping to come out again for this event, probably will NPC again, still trying to find my old character cards or the CDs I burned of the Neridia database when I got rid of my old PC before I can pull out my PCs. I'll post more when plans become more definite.

Hi guys,
I know I have posted this elsewhere but in order to help with the head count Dave Greene and I are coming and we will be bringing Beth and Anya with us again for a total of four of us. Looking forward to seeing you in a few weeks.

Matt- will you be NPCing for the entire event, or one day? Have not yet solidified my plans, probably longer than last time, I don't have other conflicting plans for the weekend, not sure if will make it Friday night or not yet. Matt

I can't speak for Jay and Bill, but I plan to get there early and start setting up. I imagine after dinner would be alright. 8pm is usually a good bet.

Seeing as my biggest problem usually isn't finding the campground itself, but where we are at in the campground I figure I shall ask, is there anywhere specific on the site we should go, or do we have it all?

Check-in will be in the tavern building, the third building visible in the site (first is the ranger's cabin, second is being used by another LARp for the weekend).
