With the coming of 9th edition next event, what is the ruling on goblin stamps to production ratio? Is it still 100 goblins for 400 production? I know production levels have changed but I'm unsure as to how much.

I'm not sure I understand this correctly. So does this mean that if i want to produce a level 1 scroll via goblin points, it costs one gob?

I'm not sure I understand this correctly. So does this mean that if i want to produce a level 1 scroll via goblin points, it costs one gob? Yes. The easiest way to think about the change is that 4 production points = 1 level. In 8th ed if you wanted to make a scroll or potion the production cost is the spell level * 4. In 9th ed the same item is just the level. So for example. Pin Scroll - 2nd level spell In 8th ed, spell level*4 = production points, 2*4=8 production points In 9th ed, spell level = production level, 2 production levels. so if you compare what you use to get with what they give now you will see it is the same value with the scrolls and potions. 1 gob = 4 production points or 1 production level. alchemy, traps, weapons and armor some of the values have changed a bit but the comparison is somewhat comparable. for example in 8th ed Intoxicants = 2 production points Vertigo Gas = 24 production points in 9th Intoxicants = 1 production level Vertigo Gas = 6 production level So with the change in alchemy intoxicants cost double the 8th ed cost but vert gas is still the same. hope that helps explain it a bit.
