Based on some helpful feedback from Bill, I revised the poll to capture more helpful information. If you've already voted, please vote again here.
Please choose one of the first three options as to your preference, and any WOULD NOT options that apply. Please also RSVP by reply message so we can get a sense of how many people / who we are talking about attending.

The summary of locations:
1. Ann Arbor, MI. It's my private rural backyard with neighbors obscured by trees (and who are cool in any event). We can have as big a fire as we want, and drink as much as we want, although obviously people will need to be responsible for themselves and provide their own beverages. People can pitch tents and stay overnight so they don't have to drive home.
2. Eaton Rapids, MI. This is Michael's house, I believe. We'll find out more about it when he checks in later.
3. Fort Custer Recreation Area, Kalamazoo, MI. This is a rustic cabin. We had to get it for two nights, since it is a weekend. The total reservation cost was $168 ($80/night + $8 reservation fee). I assume that given the number of people that look like they'll be coming, it's going to run about $20 a head. Bring that much and if more show, I'll give change back to even it out. The cabin sleeps 12 for those that plan to stay overnight.
Michiganders will need a MI Passport on their car to get into the park. If you haven't gotten one with your plate reservation, it's $10 a car per year. Out of staters can pay $8 per night per car, or pay $26 per year.
The cabin is rustic. No electricity. Hand pump water. Vault outhouse toilet. Picnic table. Fire ring. We'll need to bring linens, water containers, insect repellant, flashlights, etc. I'll bring a propane lantern, and anyone else that has those can bring them as well.
The other cabin is apparently around a bend in the road, but relatively close. You can't see the other cabin from this one, and vice versa. We'll have to drive by the other cabin at a fork in the road to get to this one.
The reservations place told me there was currently an alcohol ban in place for this park (through labor day), and I confirmed this with the park.
*************************************************
Thanks for your patience on the logistics! It's always fun to try to accommodate so many moving parts...
Best,
Joe
