Needed? Nothing else. We are much more concerned with quality and effort than quantity.
Suggested? Bellows, hammer, tongs.

Sounds awesome!! A leather apron would be sweet too. A bunch of weapon and armor reps and raw materials would add some flavor too.
Can't wait to see it!

Weapon phys reps are very doable. If you'd like, I can you use the scrap foam and pipe from all of my current projects to make spare hilts, blades and misc unfinished pieces.

You won't be seeing the Monster Manual published by TSR as standard inspiration for our monsters...

I'm sure he's just using them as examples and not campaigning for for them to be at Nero Detroit.
I think that would be a really nice roleplay touch. I love the little things. They add a lot to the atmosphere. Good thinking Evan.

I was thinking the same thing about the role play touches. I know interesting vials and such would make Eileen ask questions of those who have skills I usually don't take much interest in.
We have lots of vials and such for the potion and scroll labs for various ingredients and inks that may be needed and I think they will add to the atmosphere which is awesome.
Good idea for using them for forges as well Evan.

Jay and Jordan, secret plan "we will have them create interesting labs and we won't have to write any more plot" is obviously going to be a succes! I knew it would! Muahaha. They'll spend so much time at this next event talking about eachother's labs that we won't have to do anything. That's a relief.
Disclaimer: In the interests of avoiding wholesale panic, the staff of NERO Detroit would like to state that the above is entirely in jest, and is designed to be a compliment to Evan's excellent suggestion. Whether read as a personal message gone public or as a complete inability of the above poster to realice that his public message would be read publicly is at the discretion of the reader is entirely up to the reader and not properly explained in the posting. Bill Godfrey and his affliliates in no way endorse the concept of taking plot time off and, further, they do not endorse the typing of "muahaha" to indicate an evil laugh.

Jay would be correct. I dont know what monsters you plan to use in your campaign so I just used examples from my memory. Any reference to TSR or "insult" to your unique monsterness (is that really even a word) is completely unintentional.

Evan, I don't think we can really claim "unique monsterness", though I do vote that we get this in next year's dictionary. I mean... goblins orcs trolls skeletons zombies revenants ghouls ghasts spectres Not seeing a real trend toward re-inventing the wheel here. I don't think Jordan was offended. He was probably just trying to steer the PC's toward using names of creatures they've actually encountered instead of made-up ones in general. Of course, the made up ones are cool, too, in my opinion, because they can allow for more story-telling.
