I know I attended the meeting with concerns to Sanctuary. I was wondering what format we should use to share the information discussed. Are we going to use this tree? Or will there be another way you would like to disseminate the information? There were 13 there. Please let me know what you would consider the best method.

The tree is not a good place to put that type of information. There is no way of containing who has access to that information then. I believe those interested should simply post that they would like to be updated and then we can privately let them know. Beyond that, I am sure there will be time to update everyone as we travel to the Trolls next gather.

Yup, never want to put information on this tree that we may not wish all in the lands surrounding us to be aware of as well. The meeting itself was private for much the same reason. I figure those that know others who could not attend will most likely disseminate the information to them. I know I am sending word to Anna about what took place and I am sure she will let Joshua know. Others who can not access the information ahead of time will be told all when we next gather. I share your desire to let everyone know what was discussed and look forward to the next gather with much anticipation.
