Hi all,
I know I have talked to some of you and that some have responded to the in game request for aid to this event, but the time is getting closer and Jason could really use head counts to assure cabin space for all. I have pre-payed for my immediate group, and I have given Jason as accurate a head count as I could for those who have told me they are going to come down. If you are planning on travelling down to travel as a chapter to this event and I have not yet heard from you please contact me so that I can make sure you are included in the head count so that there will be beadspace for you! Hoping to see lots of people come down to an awesome Nero Site (my favorite Tavern) and check out a new game with a great plot team.

Jay and I will be there, and I think that my son (Derek) will be coming out too (if they allow 12-year-olds).
Unfortunately, Christy can't make it. She was hoping to be there but then she had a facial plastic surgery class come up on the Saturday. And you really can't keep her away from treating faces like so much silly putty.

Ok, as it stands right now I have the following people counted under the head count that I gave to Jason Mote. If you are under the impression you have been counted but don't see your name below please let me know so that I can update the head count: Dave, Myself, Anya, Ashely, Jay, Maddie, Devon, Bill, Derek, John, Matt, Bud, and his two friends. If you have made your own arrangements with Highborn for sleeping space then you don't have to let me know to add you to the list, if not, please let us know. Space is limited and I believe they are filling cabins by assignment instead of just show up. There is a lot of space at this site, but they have a lot of pre-regs already and I am sure there will be last minute additions. Dave and I will be onside by about 445 or so depending on traffic as we are about an hour from this site.
If you are on the fence, jump on our side, it should be a great time and really, how often do we get to PC with our plot team!

I will be there, and I will be bringing one more with me for sure, possibly two. If you are already working on sleeping arrangements then I'll bunker down with you guys.

Bud, I will add three to my count then. Remember to pre-pay cause the price doubles at the door. If you send an email to their plot team to let them know what characters just make a note that you are bunking with Jennele Berry and the Michigan group! I am excited you guys will make it. you will most likely love this site and the Tavern will be a whole new environment for you unless they have drastically changed it since Nero was last able to use this site.

Hey all,
I need to remind everyone going please PRE REG! This is expected to be a huge event and they need as accurate a head count as they can get. For those that are on my list for cabin arrangements if I do not know your last name (other then John and Matt don't assume that I know it) please private message me it so that I can send Jason a list with all our out of game names.

I will be unable to attend. This is the last month of school and I do not think I want to risk post-LARP-event exhaustion messing up my grades.

To Those going, the menu is now up. Unlike our tavern it does appear that to purchase all the meals will be 20 instead of 10 for the weekend. I just wanted people to have a heads up since its a big difference from what we are used to.
